Ingredients

  • strong white flour 350 g
  • fast-action yeast 7 g
  • salt 7 g
  • water 225 ml
  • olive oil 30 ml

Instructions

    Combine the flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl.

    Add the water and olive oil and bring together into a dough.

    Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

    Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.

    Divide in two, shape, top, and bake in a very hot oven until the base is crisp.
