Ingredients

  • garlic 2 clove
  • basil 1.5 oz
  • pine nuts 2 tbsp
  • olive oil 1.5 tbsp
  • Parmesan 15 g
  • salt 1 pinch

Instructions

    Combine the garlic, basil, pine nuts, and salt and blend or pound to a paste.

    Work in the Parmesan and olive oil until smooth.

    Taste and adjust salt.
