Ingredients

  • jar pasta sauce 24 oz
  • large onion 0.5 whole
  • garlic 2 clove
  • salt 0.25 tsp
  • garlic powder 0.25 tsp
  • onion powder 0.25 tsp
  • balsamic vinegar 0.5 tbsp
  • dry pasta (par-cooked) 200 g
  • dry tortellini (par-cooked) 200 g
  • grated cheese 150 g
  • ricotta 100 g
  • frozen spinach 2 cup

Instructions

    Par-cook the pasta and tortellini and drain.

    Soften the onion and garlic, then stir into the pasta sauce with the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and balsamic.

    Fold the sauce through the pasta with the spinach and ricotta.

    Tip into a dish, top with the grated cheese, cover, and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
