Broccoli Ricotta Pasta

Ingredients

  • tortellini 150 g
  • shell pasta 100 g
  • ricotta 125 g
  • head broccoli 0.5 whole
  • lemon, zest and juice 0.5 whole
  • Parmesan 25 g
  • olive oil 1 tbsp
  • chilli flakes, salt & pepper (to taste) 1 pinch

Instructions

    Cook the tortellini and shells; blanch the broccoli in the same water.

    Toss the pasta and broccoli with the ricotta, lemon zest and juice, Parmesan, and olive oil.

    Season with chilli flakes, salt, and pepper to taste.
