Dauphinoise Potatoes

Ingredients

  • potatoes, peeled and sliced 6 whole
  • milk 250 ml
  • cream 250 ml
  • salt 0.25 tsp
  • garlic 4 clove
  • Gruyere 1 cup

Instructions

    Warm the milk and cream with the garlic and salt.

    Layer the sliced potatoes in a baking dish and pour over the cream.

    Top with the grated Gruyere.

    Bake at 375°F about 1 hour, until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
