  • heavy cream 0.67 cup
  • whole milk 3 tbsp
  • water (3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp) 207 ml
  • butter 2 tbsp
  • salt 0.5 tsp
  • grits 0.33 cup

Instructions

    Bring the cream, milk, water, butter, and salt to a gentle simmer.
