White Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • cornflour (1 Tbsp + 1 tsp) 4 tsp
  • granulated sugar 0.33 cup
  • salt 0.125 tsp
  • heavy cream 0.25 cup
  • half and half 0.25 cup
  • milk 1.5 cup
  • egg yolks 2 whole
  • white chocolate 3 oz
  • vanilla 0.5 tsp
  • unsalted butter 1.5 tbsp

Instructions

    Whisk together the cornflour, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.

    Whisk in the heavy cream, half and half, milk, and egg yolks.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.

    Off the heat, stir in the white chocolate, vanilla, and butter until smooth.

    Chill. Makes about 3 cups.
