Teriyaki Beef Jerky

Ingredients
- soy sauce 1 cup
- brown sugar 0.5 cup
- rice wine vinegar 0.25 cup
- hoisin 2 tbsp
- sesame oil 1 tbsp
- black garlic umami sauce 0.5 tbsp
- ginger paste 1 tbsp
- garlic paste 4 tsp
- black pepper 0.25 tsp
Instructions

Whisk all the ingredients into a marinade.

Slice about 2 lb of beef thinly against the grain and marinate overnight.

Dehydrate or dry in a low oven (around 160°F) until firm and leathery, 4-6 hours.
