- gin (2 parts) 2 oz
- lemon juice (3/4 part) 0.75 oz
- simple syrup (1/2 part) 0.5 oz
- raspberries 4 whole
- egg white 1 whole
Instructions

Add everything to a shaker and dry-shake (no ice) to emulsify the egg white.

Add ice and shake again until cold.
