Ingredients

  • plain flour 0.25 cup
  • sugar 1 tbsp
  • baking powder 1 tsp
  • egg 1 whole
  • milk 0.25 cup
  • salt 1 pinch
  • melted butter 1 tbsp

Instructions

    Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

    In another bowl whisk the egg, milk, and melted butter.

    Stir the wet into the dry just until combined (a few lumps are fine).

    Cook ladles of batter on a greased griddle over medium heat, flipping when bubbles form on top.
