Ingredients
- large russet potatoes (washed, pricked, rubbed in salt and oil) 8 whole
- salted butter 3 tbsp
- garlic powder 1 tsp
- onion powder 0.5 tsp
- salt 0.25 tsp
- onion 0.5 whole
- bacon 0.5 lb
- cheese 0.67 cup
Instructions

Bake the prepared russet potatoes at 400°F until tender, about 1 hour.

Meanwhile, cook the bacon until crisp and soften the diced onion.

Split the potatoes and fluff the insides with the butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

Fold through the bacon, onion, and cheese and return to the oven until melted.
