Ingredients

  • pasta 200 g
  • butter 1 oz
  • flour 1 oz
  • onion powder 0.25 tsp
  • garlic powder 0.5 tsp
  • milk 0.5 pint
  • salt 0.25 tsp
  • pepper 0.25 tsp
  • cheese 150 g

Instructions

    Cook the pasta until just done and drain.

    Melt the butter, whisk in the flour, and cook the roux a minute.

    Gradually whisk in the milk; add the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and cook until thickened.

    Stir in the cheese until melted and smooth.

    Fold in the pasta.
