- baking powder (wet batter) 0.5 tsp
- salt (wet batter) 0.5 tsp
- egg (wet batter) 1 whole
- milk (wet batter) 0.5 cup
- plain flour (dry dredge) 0.25 cup
- cornstarch (dry dredge) 0.25 cup
- salt (dry dredge) 0.5 tsp
- garlic salt (dry dredge) 0.25 tsp
- black pepper (dry dredge) 0.25 tsp
Instructions

Wet batter: whisk the flour, baking powder, salt, egg, and milk into a smooth batter; dip and deep-fry.

Dry dredge: mix the flour, cornstarch, salt, garlic salt, and pepper; coat and fry. Use either, or dredge then batter for extra crunch.
