Chicken Cordon Bleu Soup

Ingredients

  • butter 0.25 cup
  • onion 1 whole
  • carrots 2 whole
  • celery 2 stalk
  • garlic 1 tbsp
  • paprika 1 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • pepper 0.5 tsp
  • chicken broth 32 oz
  • heavy cream 16 oz
  • Dijon mustard 2 tbsp
  • cooked chicken 1 lb
  • ham 8 oz
  • cream cheese 8 oz

Instructions

    Melt the butter and soften the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic.

    Stir in the paprika, salt, and pepper.

    Add the chicken broth and heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
