Chicken Cordon Bleu Soup

- onion 1 whole
- carrots 2 whole
- celery 2 stalk
- garlic 1 tbsp
- paprika 1 tsp
- salt 1 tsp
- pepper 0.5 tsp
- chicken broth 32 oz
- heavy cream 16 oz
- Dijon mustard 2 tbsp
- cooked chicken 1 lb
- ham 8 oz
- cream cheese 8 oz
Instructions

Melt the butter and soften the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic.

Stir in the paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add the chicken broth and heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

Whisk in the Dijon and cream cheese until smooth.
