Ingredients
- unsalted butter 1 stick
- canola oil 1 tbsp
- chocolate 1 oz
- sugar 245 g
- plain flour 65 g
- cocoa 25 g
- vanilla 2 tsp
- baking powder 0.25 tsp
- salt 0.25 tsp
- eggs 2 whole
Instructions

Heat the oven to 350°F and line a small pan.

Melt the butter, canola oil, and chocolate together.

Stir in the sugar, then the eggs and vanilla.

Fold in the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
