Ingredients

  • unsalted butter 1 stick
  • canola oil 1 tbsp
  • chocolate 1 oz
  • sugar 245 g
  • plain flour 65 g
  • cocoa 25 g
  • vanilla 2 tsp
  • baking powder 0.25 tsp
  • salt 0.25 tsp
  • eggs 2 whole

Instructions

    Heat the oven to 350°F and line a small pan.

    Melt the butter, canola oil, and chocolate together.

    Stir in the sugar, then the eggs and vanilla.

    Fold in the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
