Ingredients

  • plain flour 250 g
  • baking soda 1 tsp
  • salt 0.5 tsp
  • unsalted butter 1 stick
  • brown sugar 150 g
  • sour cream 100 g
  • eggs 2 whole
  • medium bananas 3 whole
  • vanilla 1 tsp

Instructions

    Heat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf tin.

    Cream the butter and brown sugar, then beat in the eggs, sour cream, mashed bananas, and vanilla.

    Fold in the flour, baking soda, and salt.

    Bake 60-65 minutes (or 1 hr 15-25 min covered with a lid) until a skewer comes out clean.
